    sucks when you have to take your own pictures...Anyways I started in February 2002 at 120lbs at 5'7 and I'm currently at 155lbs...shooting for 175-180lbs naturally.

    You're averaging 2+ pounds per week weight gain, thats incredible... what cycles have you done during that period?

    Also, work on your chest some more it seems lacking imo.

    The guy says he's natural. Are you eating large amounts of carbs & fat along with protein? What's your diet like?

    I manage to eat 5-7 meals or so a day...it gets repetitive and boring, but alas that's what it takes.

    Yeah my chest does seem to lack abit, although the lighting doesn't really help...

    Actually, I've managed to stay away from lots of carbs and fat, and just try and pack in the lean meats, salmon, tuna, peanut butter, veggies etc...I don't use creatine or even consume protein shakes...
