Comments welcome. I have been hard diet for about 2 months. Walking every morning and eating 6 clean meals a day.
No matter what i can not get my abs to show through. Any ideas?

Looking great man. As far as the abs, here are a couple of things you could try:
1) Vary the intensity level, duration and type of cardio you do. Keep your body guessing, that way, you will burn more fat than muscle.
2) Make sure you are getting enough calories or your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to all the fat.
3) Be sure you have the necessary amounts of EFA's in your diet.

I doubt the walking in the morning will help you bring out the abs. I think you need to use the old principle of kick starting your metabolic rate by doing intensive cardio workout.
Start by doing 20 min. Change rate of speed every 1. slow then fast. I do interval training at the gym and use the 1 minute buzzer. I also have a good sports watch whereby the watch buzzes. Its great.
I think you should also be quite clear about your goals. Dont try to gain weight when your goal is to get abs. To get abs, your goal must be to reduce body fat. All planning in your training focus on this principle, therefore you might need to bring your weight down way below 220lb.

Well I think people are getting blinded by the diet side of bringing out the abs. If you actually train them as heavily and intensely as you train other body parts they will grow bigger and you will be able to see more of them even when you are not cutting.
Im currently training them twice a week on my bulking cycle and they are growing! I could almost balance a glass of water on top of my abs while standing straight up Starting to look like a roid gut after training. But I like it. Adds to the overall mass.

JMO, but I'd run the dbol at 40mgs daily for 5 weeks instead.

Is this your first cycle? If so, I have to agree with Iron Horse-too much juice. Cut back on the Deca and Sus to around 500.

this is my 3rd cycle.
Iron, good idea. I think i will run the Dbol for 5 weeks @ 40mgs.

600mg Sus? 600mg Deca ? DAMN! That is waaaaaay to much...post your stats, Ht, wt, workout and diet...I am sure the bros here on the board can come up with a perfect cycle for you.

Not to flame but what are your stats. What were your other cycles. You look to young to be doin AS this soon. I agree with little jonah I don't see any real trying gains bro. Sorry
