Dude...you don't look like you need much help with your cherst or arms!! Both body parts are thick and dense with great size. IMO, you lean up a little and you will be amazed at how much better things look (I know because I'm in the same boat ). Back looks really good as well. If you want to widen it do wide grip chins and/or wide grip pulldowns. Really concentrate on the mpvement and feel the muscle work...you may need to sacrifice the amount of weight your pulling but it's worth it. As far as thickening things up....basic heavy bent over barbell rows!! Also one arm dumbell rows.

my arms suck so i will give no advice there... but to widen up your back do wide grip chins and wide grip pull downs... the wider your grip the wider your back will get... it actually started working for me... another good exercise i found that worked well for myself was one arm DB rows... i still think they look silly but they give a real good burn because you have a wider range of motion.

Wide-grips pull-ups are what I do, but that is only because I don't have access to a pull-down machine.

im going to agree with doing the wide grip chins. you may also want to try to do some erges (rowing machine) for your cardio. I rowed on a crew team for 3 years and it made my back big
