This first pic was taken 10 years ago when I was still involved in kayak sprint racing (this was after a practice). I guess this proves that I can be lean if I set my mind to it :) I weighed 175-180lbs.

I took this pic at the gym today. It's not the greatest quality, but when you're hurrying to get a pic done so you don't embarrass yourself when somebody walks in, the quality suffers :) I'm 235lbs today. I'm very happy with how the shape of my arms and shoulders have progressed through the years and I think it will make a big difference when I lean up.
