bro, that is a great transformation. What does your bulking cycle look like? What are your goals now that you dropped all that bf? You've accomplished a lot already so the only thing i can say is good luck with the phase 2 -- BULKING UP... Have a good one...

crazy: Nope, no gear. All natural. Just cut alot of crap out of my diet, did cardio 45-50min 3-4 weekly, and weight trained with medium heavy, lots of reps.

I'm going to stay natural for as long as I keep seeing progress. From what I've been told, 4-8lbs of muscle in the next ten weeks isn't unreasonable.

The best part of bulking after a major weight loss? Finally being able to EAT again! :-)

careful bro.. your bulk cycle should be lots of good clean food, don't go back to the ways of old.
Suggest you keep at least 1 or 2 cardio days in there as well

Hey greg looks like you have my body from about 1 1/2 year ago, 6' tall, 165 about 13%bf. I am now about 190 same bf, I should have my first pics up in a couple days. I just started a bulking cycle myself this week, look foreward to watching you progress.
