anyway so heres my pic. i know i need to put some inches on those damn bi's, its comin. so give me some constructive critisizim. i don't have any of my legs yet, but i feel there my strong point right now:hello:

I dunno. I think you look cool and you´re bi´s look great. If it was me I´d rather focus on tri´s and chest at least. :)

I dont see whatz wrong with your bis bro they look great maybe its just the pic but myabe you should wokr on your chest a little but overall you look very solid and ripped keep up the good work bro :)

i would on everything! just so you get huge if thats what u want but u look great your bis look fine and so does your chest i would concentrate on tris

rex: you look pretty balanced to me ... even your obliques and delts are popping! if you truly have the legs to match, you're doing great ... ditto on the tris comments and your arms will be dead-on! nice tan, too!

If you want to add more inches to your arms, hit the tris more rather than the biceps; your biceps aren't the muscles that need work. You look awesome, great delts!

hmmm - you'll probably have to crop/resize it ... if you have a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite, it should include Photo Editor, which you can use ... I think any photo has to be less than 100K ... otherwise you can email it to me, I can optimize it, and send it back.

Already done Rex :).....just hit your refresh button bro. BTW...very nice biceps shape you have. The nice thing about genetics is, even if the measuring tape isn't stretched to the max, arms with good shape always look good...and your arms have great shape. Delts are decent as well!!

thanks for the compliments guys, these were actually taken about 3 months ago. i'll try to get some new ones posted soon. i'm alot more defined right now and weigh about 208

about the bi's casually they are about 18in, but if i measure them after a workout i can squeeze another inch out lol
