    yeah, I have always had problems with my chest, i have been hitting alot of deep flies to try to get it so spread out, buy it always had been my worst muscle group...

    Hit the chest hard try doing decline presses as this hits the whole chest region and stimulates the whole area.Looking nice and thick bro like the ol ink hey ;-)
