btw, do you do deadlifts?
no I dont do deadlifts. I've tried but I never could get the form quite right.
I know my chest is lacking, I'm working on it but having a tough time. Thanks for the responses

Mix deadlifting, squatting and bpressing into your routine if you haven't already. The gains will come. Arms look awesome, keep it up.
