*update* before and after pics
Here are my current results from the 'Ultimate diet for getting ripped without losing muscle' thread at elite.
I found a pic with kind of the same pose i did on the new one, but 7 weeks earlier.. I posted this in a new thread to keep it clear and unconfusing.
Stats:
Followed the diet for 3 weeks now without cheating
Height: 1.82m
Weight before: 83kg
Weight now: 78kg
BF% now: last week 10%

**pic taken today, after 3 weeks of following this diet, clen and eca**
So there's a 7 week gap between the two pictures...

No stack as in juice. just eca, clen and supplements.
3x30min cardio a week
2x15min abs a week
clen/eca cycled 2days on/off

Great work!! You look really hard and lean! Hey bro I am about where you were at in your before pic. My bf is 10.3% and I've been trying to get down to 8-9% for like 8 months now. As for my training, i just train as hard as possible. My split looks like this:
chest/tri's
legs
biceps/back
shoulders
i take rest days when i feel like i need one or when the gym is closed early.. I try to train each muscle every 6 days. every 5 days when it's possible and every 7 days when my schedule wont allow it.
My cardio consists of 30 mins. elliptical trainer. Sometimes i tend to go biking/walking in the woods in mornings, for a change.
Ab training: 2xweekly 15mins
* hanging leg raises 4 sets 30 reps
* decline crunches 4 sets 20 reps, counting from when it starts to burn
Oh and btw, i did cycle before, but that has nothing to do with my current physique since it was 15 months ago...
That's about it. Comments/questions still more than welcome

Its actually scary how similar you and me look, as in Skin colour and hair cut , and similar sorta faces , although your definalty looking a bit more ripped...
How old are you btw Bro?? been training for a while??
I am still currently natural myself, but am definalty looking more and more into one day starting a Cycle.. have been researching for probably about 3 months now, but think I will wait atleast another 2 or 3 before considering it to make sure I am as educated on the subject as I possible can be.. (i am currently 20 and a half now... so would be probably just before or around my 21'st birthday)
How you look in your after pics is definatly similar to what I am hoping to achieve Post cycle, and if i work it right hopefully will do...
But Well Done again bro, you look very impressive..
btw: Musclemag Girl.. Do they really look like signs of Gyno?? as my nipples look relativly similar to Mike's, but I have never touched AS yet... I have trialed Tribulus for a short time though... Does this mean that I should probably be extra careful then when doing/planning my first cycle??

Jag - Some people get slight cases of gyno just from going through puberty...depends on whether or not you are pre-disposed to it. Tribulus will not give you gyno.
Palme - Yes, once you have gyno the only way to get rid of it is surgery.
MMG - Clomid is not a very good anti-estrogen medication, it is far better suited as a post cycle drug to reinitiate the bodys natural production of testeosterone. The two most popular and effective anti-E's are nolvadex and arimidex . Nolvadex competes with estrogen for receptor sites but can hinder gains. Arimidex (or liquidex) eliminates estrogen and controls water retention (popular to use while running drugs that aromotize easily).

Ahhhh Thanks Pete about the Tribulus stuff... gives me a bit more peace of mind .. as I am going back on it for a bit untill i do some more research (and wait till I am closer to 21) to decide what kind of cycle I will end up doing... Hey Pete, one other thing, if I am possible prone to gyno (like my pecs/nipples generally look 100% normal.. but sometimes if it hot they will look sorta similar to how Maxout Mike's look ).. that I should definalty take that inconsideration when choosing my cycle, and maybe stick away from Deca etc?? (I'm more leaning towards EQ )..
