Alright......This is just nuts.......How the HELL do you stay like that in the off-season? I'm a rollo. Nah, this year I learned my lesson...I'm only going 15-20lbs away from my competition weight. Got too dam fat last year. Took me an eternity to bring it all back togeather.
I give Kamali competition in eating while in the off season! It must be the slin.........I'm about to just go for it! You are STILL RIPPED!!! I was at a personal best side to side with you in your off season pics. Dam, now I can't sleep at night knowing there are freaks like you running around out there ready to show up at my next show in the overall.

hey mike you call that an offseason pic, bro you make me sick, thats insane, how in the hell do you stay that lean in the offseason, i think you need to eat for about 7 months then post a pic...lol, ill tell you what when i win the lottery i'll pay for you to come down to paducah every offseason and live and i'll show you what eating is ok..lol as usuall bro your looking fantastic!!!!!

I don't do much direct work on my traps or rear delts, just a lot of deadlifting, seems to work for me...occasinally i through in 2 sets of rear delt laterals and shrugs, nothing fancy...good luck...XXL

The original German Volume training requiered you to complete 10 sets of a particular exercise, this varietion you do 4 exercises changing the angle in turn not overstressing one movment and the joint from one angle, for exemple chest would be done as follows:
3 sets of Incline Bench, 3 sets of Decline Bench, 3 sets of Flat Bench and 1 set of flat flies which is a primary function of chest to bring your arms together. I take 1 1/2 min rest (timed) between sets the weight stays the same troughout all the sets.
As for the Keto, you are correct, i used slin on my carb up days, i only carbed up for 36 hours a week but i ate whatever i wanted and however much i wanted, and the Keto diet itself was only about 100 calories below my maintenance and the carb up would be done after a wholebody workout my split looked like this: monday legs, chest & abs, tuesday back, tries & calfs, wednesday shoulders, bis & abs, thursday off and friday whole body workout done in a circuit fashion. I hope that answers some of your questions...XXL

You look awesome. I wanted to offer this on the calves, don't know if it will help? This guy I am working with is having me do calves every other day I train and 15-25 reps per set. You probly already tried this, I don't know. You look really good bro.
