Mr. Nice's Pics
Ok guys, here goes:
I've been training hard a meager 3 months but i'm pleased with the results so far. Started April 1st with the stats as follows:
Im 25, 5'7 176 lbs and body fat was tested with calipers at 9.2% (I question the accuracy)
Now july 10th, im a fluctuating 183-185lbs with noticably less BF (Im waiting a little bit longer to get it tested again) my love handle area has greatly diminished from what it was. Anyway, just thought I'd share some pics with you guys.
Any questions/comments/feedback or constructive criticism is welcome.

Please tell me you have been working out longer than 3 months.
Otherwise I think I need to rework my whole way of working out!

thanks all for the comments and feedback ,
Tystick:I have played sports all my life, football, baseball, track and feild
right now I play in a softball league, play raquetball, and im learning tennis. I think sports and hard physical labor as a teen helped build my base. When I was growing up people would be like "dont lift now, it will stunt your growth... or "you will become too muscle-bound and not as athletic" so basically I listened to the ignorant people around me and never trained. When i was 19 I hit the gym for 6 months so i would look good for spring break with no idea what i was doing, had no diet, no routine... nothing. I shed BF but made little progress at putting on any muscle.
Tide dog: I havent used anything... yet. I was thinking about doing a Test/EQ cycle after a lot of research, but put it on the back burner to train naturally for at least a year and refine my routine and diet. I do feel as if im making progress so until I hit that wall where I cant gain size or strength im going to stay natural.

Good gains... You're off to a great start. Great base to add on to, as you already started to

Great job for only 3 months. Good idea to stay natural for awhile. I know it is overwhelming ecspecially looking at others. You will only benefit by waiting and training hard and then taking it to the next level. Learn all you can and be smart. Nothing has helped me more that this board right here.

Thats three months natural, imagine 1 year, you'll be huge and most likely cut as hell too. Good work!
