hey i got a question, you see my bi's ... and my forearms .. where they form the right angles .... right where my forearm , and my upper arm meet, there is a drop from my bi to the arm ... how can i fix that ?

you guys know what im talking about ? .... like, when i flex, you see the gap there ? ... hammer havnt been helping me out there ... any clues ?

and i know that to get it to not gap like that, to turn my wrist forward a little bit, and my bi will stretch out, but i want it to be in the position im at right now, i want the gap to be smaller .. any clues ?

    thanks guys .

I think you need to fill up more if you want to fill that hole. Everyone has it though, so why fix it? It gives more definition to your arm when you have that sudden cutoff point too, else it could just look like some excess fat etc....

I don't think that's possible... I have the same problem, and
I was told there's nothing I can do about it.

I used to do hammer curls until I was blue in the face....

OK comet....you shaved your legs. Looks like you forgot about your forearms. Get rid of the hair on those forearms and chest too if you got any. IMO, shaving your forearms and chest is better start than going to the legs LOL. Just my .02. Looking good though.
