just shaved legs ... !!!!
just buzzed my quad/ham area .... im not sure if i should do the bottom part of my legs from my knee and below ... my calfs freakin wont grow .... and it wont look good ... CHICKEN LEGS !! ....

Speaking as THE chicken leg expert, you've got nothing to worry about; Quad definition is good, and a few weeks of heavy calf raises, and you'll be fine. Keep going with the razor though - half shaved legs looks too weird.

my god...please shave the rest, we cant let an AR bro walk around with only 3/4's of his legs shaved. Nice quads though, and like everybody else has said, your calves will look bigger when you remove the rest of the hair......What are you currently doing for calves right now?

well, i used to do low reps for em, but i never really felt em ... so i evetually got up to doin high reps .... so i do around 20 reps .... on seated calf raise .... then standing calf raise .... then on the leg press, i put toes on edge, and do raises with those ... i think thats it.

MUCH better! And those calves are fine. Judging from your calve routine, you might want to up the weight, and reduce the reps, but if you can feel it, it's doin' good!

arnold says you need to blast your calves with extremely heavy weight to get them to grow. My calves are pretty good, but I've been working hard with seated calves at 6 plates. Arnold's pic has him doing some crazy like 500 pounds calf presses. time to grow! good luck bro.

Thank god you shaved the bottom half!:-). All I can suggest is a tan, your calves are fine, and your quads look great. The leg press machine is trash in my gym as it only goes to 400lbs, so I use both the standing calve raise thing with the shoulder pads (I have to fold a towl over my shoulders or I get fucking red hickies) and work up to 395lbs, add in my body weight and that gets your shit burning. I can only take it once every two weeks at that weight though, most of the time I stick to 15 rep at 300-350ish for a lotta sets. There is also a hammer strength machine that some guys use but they have little bitty calves, I don't think it's the equipment I just think they don't work thier legs enough.
Legs are the easy part for me, now if my fucking pecs would grow I'd be happy:-).

G-Floyd, 500lbs for Arnold doesn't seem like that much weight. I'm not a very big guy but my calves can lift the hell out of some weights, I would just think the big boy's could do some crazy shit. Hell, I can, and do work out with more than 500 (ok it's including my weight, on a standing machine) every 2 weeks or so.
I guess I need to try seated raises, I may be up for a rude awakening! I just never really thought it would be that much harder, actually it seems easier as my f-ing shoulders KILL me on the calve machine with that much weight.

how many sets and reps do you guys use with calves? As well as do you include calf training on leg day, i find my leg training days are so long if i incorporate 6-8 sets of calf training.
