    Muscle mass is definately there bro, but like many of us here BF is too high (I say many of us because I'm in the same boat). It's obvious you have spent you time in the gym.

    thx Bro's, You're definately right about the BF%. I'm currently keto dieting and doing cardio (treadmill). I'm a real hard loser when it comes to BF. Thx for the comments guys

    Yea bf is the problem. I got it too. 18% right now but getting ready to do a eca cycle so im hoping i can drop it to 13 or 12%.
