    thanks golden floyd. i know i need to catch up on my chest and back with my arms,im starting to hit them twice a week and maybe even 3 times.depending if there sore or not

    thanks mikew ive done two short lasting cycles before, but i think im going to try and work natural as much as i can.

    You definitely have a good base to build on...I kinda think hitting your body parts 2 or 3 times is a little much, but to each their own. Good luck
