Words of wisdom
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to post a few pics to get a little feedback. I have been thinking that i would someday like to compete, so i wanted to hear your thoughts, criticisms, or points to concentrate on. I've been training pretty steady for the last 3 or 4 years, I weigh 175 lbs, 5' 8" tall (or short), and i'm 20 yrs old. All feedback is welcome.

I want your abs!!! , in terms of improvements, the only thing i would suggest is your upper pecs and some definition in the calfs. your triceps and back look ripped bro.
whats your diet and training like , any cycles?? , I am 160-165 and trying to get to ripped 175 @ 5'7

You look good man! Ripped! You could work on overall muscle development, size, and seperation to get up to competition level. Keep up what you are doing, its working. :lift:

Over all look is good, I think your chest could use a little work, but you are headed in the right direction. Keep taining and let us know how you make out in your first competition!

You have superb triceps and a very ripped back! I could suggest hitting the biceps a little harder.

Thank you all for your comments, I thought i might need some work on my chest, but it helps to hear it from others too. I have started training it harder then normal lately, so i guess only time will tell. I think my chest is one of my strongest areas it just doesnt seem to grow as quick.

Looking good Bro, just a little more work on your upper chest, start your chest routine with Incline and then 30 degree incline flies, and maybe side delts a little more work at least from what i see on the first pic, other then that looking great keep up the hard work, you are deffinitely on the right track...XXL

hey buddy you look great... i am 5'6'' and 180 right now... dieting to 170... the im going to do my next cycle to bulk... if you bulk up a little you will look great, you are pretty lean right now. I would work out your calves and hamstrings (lots of squats and deadlifts). I would also do lots of upper chest to balance out your upper torso (incorporate incline flies, incline bench, dips, and incline DB press). Tris could use a little work in the lateral portion... do skullcrushers and close grip bench.
overall... great job... at 5'7'' you put on a few more lbs you are going to look great.
