    Help with Direction on where to go!!!

    Please feel free to flame away! Any help will do. Any suggestions on What type of diet i should be attacking or what type of training I should focus on would be great. Plenty of you have seen this post and I would greatly appreciate more help!!!!

    Well I can't flame you at all...'cause you did put up your pics...I'm sure you obviously know what you have to work on. You at least have the base on that I wish I had to work on.

    I have been training off and on for 5 yrs. I just got back into the gym like 2 months ago. With school full time and work too it is hard to find time. I am trying to get a solid routine down and diet but it is difficult especially when money and time are tight. I just am really confused on what direction I should go since my bf is kinda high.

    you got some weight to you so bulk with test/fina and your metabolism will raise and you will look better fast, once you get the size you want maybe run some winny, diet and cardio to cut the BF% good luck

    or maybe try diet and hard training for a while first

    You don't look that bad so take it easy on yourself. I'd start bulking if I were you cuz you do need a little more size, then you can start to cut during the spring and be ready for the summer.

    If I were to use fina/test how should I dosage it. I also like the idea of Winny and maybe Clen at the end? Any input? Or should I just stick to natural for know? I don't gain too well natural. What about dbol ?

    I was almost afraid to open this thread (glad it was not your ass). You a do have some size but the body fat is covering it up. Hit the weights hard and steady, clean up your diet and how about some cardio! You can change!

    Thanks rocket I am trying to work in cardio at the gym on my way to work. I just hate getting up that early and usually hit the snooze button... but i still get most of may cardio playing ice hockey twice a week in combination the little I get during the week.

    Your body looks alot like mine, im about 2 inches taller and weigh about 2-3 lbs more. I think we both have pretty good genetics to get very big with a good cycle. Its a good athletic mesomorph build, alot of people dont have this kind of perfect combo of height and base weight. Stay dedicated and save for a decent cycle and you will prolly look huge. Thats what im doing right now.

    i would lean out and see what's going on and then put on size but that's just me.i always think it's better to rip up and see what's going under any body fat and then watch it grow.

    I agree w/ Dick on this. I think you'd be happier with your results if you cut first, then went on to build. Your body type is similar to mine; except I'm 6'5" 245; but it looks like our bases are the same.
    I'd suggest just hitting the weights hard, watch your diet, eat good protein, throw in cardio 3x or 4x a week, and maybe an ECA stack. Hit that for like 6-8 weeks, I'm sure you'll be happy with the results; then start building.

    Your right I just went through a horrible break up this last weekend when I found my girlfriend cheating on me with my BESTfriend.

    I've dropped like 10-15lbs in a week. My gut has disapated. I am starting to save for a cycle , but I know I need to rip it up first and focus on a new diet. I haven't eaten in a week and I totally look it. But boy do I want to rip it up and get huge and show her who the real BITCH is!!

    As for my bestfriend SO FUCK him!

    Could you give me a little more info maybe in a pm on diet and an ECA stack. If you read my previous post you can see that I've dropped some sudden weight and would like to keep it off. So any help form all of you would be great.

    my weight has dropped down to like 187lbs.
