    beginning of week 4

    up 22 lbs as of monday.

    things i am happy with: my arms are growing and have went up 2 full inches, my waist only went up about an inch around the pantline (exluding bloat)

    things i am unhappy with: bloating makes me feel uncomfortable physically. i'm cramping, i feel unattractive, i am bloated... someone hold me. anywayz... here's the current saint808
