I can't believe I'm doing this!
Here's a pic of my skinny little body. Notice how my pec on one side looks like it's missing the lower pec. This happened after having gyno surgery. Has this happened to anyone else? It only looks messed up when flexed. It looks normal relaxed.

Never seen that before.... It's just a guess, but maybe possible nerve damage from the surgery.... Not sure.... How long ago was your surgery?

It's been about 15 months since the operation. I've considered getting implants just to fill out the lower part. It's almost like my pectoralis minor was removed.

sorry to say bro, that doc messed you up. I have seen many of these problems before in surgery because the doc i work for is a reconstructive surgeon (ie he fixes botched surgeries). Check http://www.gynecomastia.org/ it will show you plenty of cases where there have been surgeries that went wrong because of an uneducated doctors hands.
good luck, sorry that happened dude.

Do you have any idea what went wrong? I don't think it's possible to actually remove the muscle. The doc did liposuction only.
