I eat bout 7 - 8 times aday. High protein and kinda high carbs right now. Meduim fat, An when i say high protein i'm talkin bout 380 - 420 grams.

i'm getting ready for a cometetion this november. Plan to be a heavy around 210 or 205. It's a non tested event so i'll prolly have my ass kicked but hey that'll make me wit dem weights wit more intesity.Gotta prove i can hang ya know!
