    You need to start emphasizing legs hard (SQUATS!). Keep bulking, you got a good frame to add mass.

    Bro...you need to eat a shit load! And do major legs! Trust me I know bro! I have skinny ass legs! I tore up my shoulder so now all I do is legs, cardio and some arms! Hoping that when I can press again I'll have them caught up.
    Any waves out there? Seasons about over, but there maybe leftovers...Cali's been going off. Sorry for the tangent, I love surfing and there's nothing here!

    ripsid i think i got a real skinny ass legs too and it need major leg hard workout and you know i did tore up my right shoulder too that why i did not gain alot from the juice i did take ! and dude i am a surfer too i cant never live without it and ya we got some big ass waves it is hawaii man the surf always high but hey thanks for the replay bro

    No problem bro! Just do what I did, get sick of the freaking things and work them into submission! I know mine are by no means big, but you know what they will be!
    Bro you are so lucky to be living in the Holy Land! I dream of paddling out catching a nice deep barrel speeding up couple nice hard carves a nice air and then do it again for the next 3 or 4 hours before it gets blown out! I NEED SURF! I NEED SURF!

    Question dude!!

    ripsid bro!! what is keeping you in Jersey move here the sun is shineing and the waves are high! but you know what i surf for more than 6 hours a day and i guess that what makeing me not to gain muscles i surf more than the food i eat! but from today i be eating more and all workout my legs real good till i freakin cant walk out of the gym lol
