my results, and a question

oke guys ... here it is ... the before pictures are kind of shitty, because i wasnt really taking them to show anything off.. but they are from new years eve 2k ... the after pics are pretty recent. I dropped from 270lbs at 46" waist to 205lbs with a 33" waist ... over a foot gone... now for my question ... obviously with losing 13", i have a LOT of excess skin ... its really lose, and quite annoying. besides from surgery, is there any other methods in helping to tighten this skin up? ...

i did one cycle of winny / eq about 6 months ago .. i really should have waited off on it... it my only option is to "grow" into this loose skin, ill prolly hit up a test susp / fina cycle for 4 weeks.... losing the shit was all about the diet tho .. ran 45 minutes 4 days a week, lift, and eat 5+ SMALL meals a day ... and i quit drinking everything except water =) .. worked wonders =)

Try Thiomucase creme I dropped from 255 to 202 as in the pic to your left. Thiomucase under a tanning bed seemed to work well.

Wow! that's progress. I have an overweight friend that's about 300 lbs. I'm going to show him your pics. He doesn't seem to think he can actually do anything about his weight. Maybe your pics will show him some hope.

Good for you man. I'm not sure what will tighten up the skin. I used prep H for my show but I don't think that'll work long term. GH may help tighten it up but I think the best bet for someone with too much skin is to cut off the extra.

Maybe a sun burn will help ;) I mean bacon shrinks when you burn it, why not your extra skin.

the best thing you can do is ab work.... the skin itself cannot be tighted with cremes i dont care what anyone says here any plastic surgeon will tell you that, i work for one. You can only hope that through diet and working out that your body will retract some of it. Most likely, a lot will stay forever.

Nice job bro... I know how it is too have the loose skin prob it really sucks. You shouldn't have alot of loose skin anyone over 75pds will run into too this prob after weight loose.

Went from 235 to 150 15 years ago tooke the skin about 1 years to shrink down but it did get tighter, it will just take a little time.
