fellow ar members , this site is truly addictive, the information and knowledge that people share here is vast. I have learned quite a bit in the last few weeks.

bf% guessing 10-12% any one care to comment?

have been seriously lifting since 99
NO aas cycles to date but I am thinking that at my current age and size I would be about the right time.
any suggestions for a cycel are greatly appreciated. my goals are to break 185-190 and still amintain a 8% BF primary focus is on upperbody size.

thanks for the coments guys, its hard to know what your strengths are when you see your self all the time.

fliprock hmm the legs well i think they are approx 23"
here are some other stats form back in may
chest 38" , biceps 14" , calf 15" at a weight of 162.5

the goal os to have the definition that testudebaby has in his legs they rock..
