yea are those before and after shots....i was looking to see if i could see any resemblance..which i could, but then again not certain...if they are before and after shots cuz i dont speak or read that language..then you did a great!! job!!...for a cycle...you might wanna ask some of the veterans..im juss making observations..still tryin to gain as much knowledge as i can before i make opinions on people's workout and cycle regimes!!

Doesn't take a genius to translate the captions. I think most people learned basic spanish in school and can sort of relate it to the portugese, if that's what it is.
Seems like the top picture is 2 months before and after.
2nd picture seems to be 1 month before training and current.
Can anyone confirm?

i understand spanishand roughly he saying befor weight training and the next is 2 mths and 3 wks after weights oye si entiendes espanol qiuza sea mejor que sigas naturalmente hasta que hayas madurado un poco mas fisicamente ,pero si qiueres anabolicos estudia los mas detalladamente para que te vaya bien, inother words do some more erasearch and maybe wiat a little so you can give your muscle some maturity your only nineteen and maybe get some more training under your belt good luck!
