Try some bodybuilding poses, the "hands down to flex only chest and abs" doesn't really show much. Try a front double bicep, lat spread, or ab-thigh if you want real constructive criticisms. The mandatory poses were made for a reason -- they reveal all the flaws, and thats the best poses to take pictures of in order to be really true with yourself.

I wouldn't say that your triceps look like garbage. I've noticed that most people don't train them enough and most guys don't have that much for triceps but you look fine. Just remember that your tricep is 2/3 of your arm and you need to train it in that ratio.
