    Comp Photos

    Here are the pics from my first natural competition 2 days ago.....I'm 22 ~5'9" ~169 contest weight, BF% ???. I won first in the mens novice short and then won the mens novice overall......any constructive criticism is greatly welcomed...

    okay reality check. to criticise or not?

    well again, good package, but...

    alot more work is needed on back width and leg muscle size!!
    how much work are you going to do on these muscle groups before your next contest. are you ready to accept the challenge? good luck in your efforts!! red.

    Lookin' fantastic bro! I'd put ya between 3 and 4% BF, closer to 3 with as much separation in mid-section that you have.

    Your back is probably just fine for your size! You just need to practice in the mirrors more, so that you don't "round" your back. Just find that "spread-out" position and practice it until it's fixed in your mind mentally.

    probably around 184-186......I dieted for 8 weeks.....around 1-2 pounds per week......and I lost 3-4 pounds of water the last week.....I like to stay relatively lean all year round.....it makes the diet easier....

    oh yeah...I'm already up about 8 pounds of mostly water...I drank a gallon of water after the show and didn't piss once......pretty dry!!!!!
