    I been killing myself, just trying to get the lower ones flat ..

    Its helped, I still wanna gain about another 10 lbs of muscle.
    But i keep getting stuck, ganing weight naturally with no supps is hard, and i eat like a mad man.

    I can gain weight , not with ease, but i can.
    You see, I dont want to bulk, because i dont want the BF to get higher, so i work and every 2-3 months i gain 2-3 lbs of lean muscle.

    Thats what i work for.

    I got small legs, 23 inch quads.

    honestly, you're not a meso. judging from your pics, your not that big for what you've been doing, evn though u say your cutting. also if your legs are weak, your not a meso. meso's have maturally good overall muscles and it's easy for them to gain , regardless of what they're doing.
