Hey bro, looking great man!! Very lean and nice muscularity! I assume you are natural and plan on staying that way? That's more than cool bro, don't get me wrong, there are many nattys on the board. I just figured since your bulking up was looking to gain another 5-10lbs, that can be accomplished naturally. Most users plan on 20-25lbs when bulking I'm with you bro, I trained naturally for 17 years before picking up a needle. Good luck man.

thanx
Thanks for all the positve reinforcement..... I'm 5'8 so i didnt want to be that short stocky guy, just somewhat symetrical.... Ive thought about doing a cycle, who knows.... The only problem i have with bulking is i eat everything.I put on way to much body fat, then try to lose it overnight and sacrifice all i gained..... This time im going to eat as clean as possible and give the cutting phase a good 2 months... I bulked up last winter but when i cut up i felt kind of skinny... I know i cut out way to much carbs.. it helps me lose weight supper fast but like i said i sacrifice my gains....

I plan on maintaining this fall when I'm done my keto diet. I looking at hitting 1/3 carbs, protein, and fats. Basically I should be able to do that if I cut out sugar, breads, and pasta. Eating like this helped me avoid getting fat after I finished my Keto diet back in April.
Your transformation pictures are awsome. I don't think you need to worry about putting on any size ... well not if you don't plan on competing. It doesn't look like you need anything to help you out other than a little more consistency with your diet.
Good Job!

Thanks
Once again, thanks for all the positive reinforcement.... One more month and im starting my bulking phase.. Call me crazy but i love this stuff.......... I'm going to do my best to eat clean and work my ass off... The gym is the easy part not eating everything in my face, that's the hard one.... Anyone have any good sample bulking diets I would appreciate it... I read something about rotating carbs, high for 4 days low 3.... Not sure, any suggestions would be very appreciated

Yea thats good shit you got goin there man. Very impressive transformation.
Im in the same road as you, just three way. I have one level more of transformation, at least thats what I have goin. Week 2 in, and already shedding it all away.
If you want good bulking inspiration, especially since youre so young, try body_insp.tripod.com . Thats my site, good transformation there too, although yours is hands down most impressive.
I wish you luck in not getting into the 20s percentage wise.
Have fun, it is fun, and eat while you still can , big guy.

If anything its an innocent looking chandler? But with that attire you have nothing to be innocent about.
Muscletech? Maybe after 3 cycles and 6 years you could put before and after (and claim it was 12 weeks apart).
Definetely body for life though huh. Bill wouldve probably given you the master prize for that transformation.
He also looks like the myostatin guy. Remember that pic? Ha, fuckin incredulous for the time frame.
Keep making gains big guy
