FIXED! My pics before and after bulking. 17yrs old

Stats 17 yrs old, just turned. Working out for 1 year.
The popups to the site are fixed.

    http://body_insp.tripod.com

To get the most out of the site, compare especially the full body pics in the before and after. Legs are what most improved. While the poses may not be the same, progress is evident. Hope you like it.

Natural. Im 17. I plan on staying so...dont want to be a monster, just want to be impressive.

Basically this was a typical bulking day

    Meal 1
    Cold fibrous breakfast cereal
    Milk (2%)
    3 eggs

    Meal 2
    Protein shake, oats

    Meal 3
    Beef chicken or fish
    Rice and potatoes or pasta
Salad with olive oil and vinegar

    Meal 4
    Protein shake with oats
    Peanut butter (non natural)

    Meal 5
    Salmon or chicken
    Sweet potatoes yams etc
1 tbsp olive oil in salad

    Meal 6
Shrimp (for cholestorol and high test levels)
    1 tbsp olive oil

    My post workout meal was
    Maltodextrin
    Whey Concentrate, 80%

Occasionally I had ice cream and I occasionally ran. Also some french fries in at lunch was a common occurence. With ketchup and sometimes mayo (hey, I lived in France.)

I have taken dextrose for a few weeks and stopped due to me getting too fat. I am now cutting and cant wait to see results. I already cut down from 90 to 86.6kg, which is 190lbs, which is what the after pics are.

There soon will be more. Input and more comments welcome
BTW, the stats if I havent posted them
    BEFORE
    165lbs
    15%bf
    5'4

    AFTER
    5'5 and a half
    190lbs
    BF% in the twenties

    Thanks for the compliments guys
Big Dan is cutting now and still plans to maintain his backstreet boy mass. The poses are a bit awkward, perhaps something a backstreet boy would do.
Any critique is greatly appreciated btw.
    Keep em coming!

Take a better look and come back when you have something constructive to say.
Look at the legs. Blew up 4 inches.
Arms went from 13 to 16.
Look at the delts and look at the back, and look at the chest.
And spare me a fuckin break, I gained a whole backstreet boy for christs sake. take a better look and give me something I can work on, not try better next time.
Peace, and remember, critisim, not unnecessary and stale comments.

you've definately put on some size, but seems like most of it is fat? 25lb increase, with a 10% increase in bodyfat. I dunno about going up to 25% bodyfat...

when i bulked i was at something like 10-12 and I bulked up to 16-17% with most of it being muscle.

No point putting 10lb's to put on 1lb's of muscle.

just my thoughts for the future.

Cut out the fries, man. You don't want to be in the 20's for body fat too long. That will become a habit that is hard to break. It's easier when you are 17 to gain weight while keeping your bodyfat down, so you should aim for that. Try rice instead of fries. Rice helped me gain 40 pounds while LOSING bodyfat...no drugs, very little supplementation (Mostly just Designer Whey Protien Powder). Another good carb to eat would be oatmeal. Mix it with skim milk and protein powder...it is actually pretty good. Good foods can do more that supplements like creatine could ever dream of doing. I'm NOT putting you down, I'm just trying to help out. I've seen way too many people "bulk up" and get around 20%, and then they NEVER lose it. Especially after college and you are working 45-60 hours a week, and it gets even harder to eat right and get into the gym after work.
Good luck, and again, this was no flame, just my advice!
