Middleweight is 154-176lbs. I weighed in at 175lbs the night before the show. I was probably 178-180 lbs on stage.

Oh yeah, I'm 5'7" my bodyfat was around 3.3%. Four days later I've gained about twelve lbs already! I had to eat!

EXCELLENT abs.. and the overall package it not bad at all.. actually it's pretty damn good. And oh yeah, tell me about the weight gain.. I gained 18 lbs during the last 24 hours after my first show, and another 11 after another 24 hours, so your weight gain is not actually that dramatic. Imagine being ripped one day and after two days all soft with a hanging skin. Yep, that was me dude.. pathetic, eh?
