    Those are some good delts and that's one awesome chest. Very good, nice full muscle bellies. The arms are also looking good, and those are some AWESOME forearms!! Wow!

    Thats a great symmetry you got there man! Especially like the forearm, really ripped. Keep it up, and as big dan said, a little more wheels and calves and you are there!

    Im 21 and havent used anything but all the overcounter shit....Nlarge2, phosphagen, some 1ad last year...no cycles yet...maybe in a couple years. Thanks for all the positive feedback guys...any suggestions for the legs? I train them heavy and consistenly but they wont grow like the upper half. Squats/lunges/presses/etc... Keep the comments comin!

    Try training them twice/week, see what that does. Have you done any hack squats or sissy squats?

    For calves you have to train them HEAVY!!!

    for your legs: SQUAT YOUR ASS OFF!!!
    for your calves: TRAIN HEAVIER THAN HELL...the only way to truly make your calves larger is to put on hellaweight and go to town!

    I agree 100% - I've been training legs 2x/wk and am FINALLY seeing results ...

    Alright...so for this training legs 2x per week...what do you recommend? Squatting 2 times per week or do like quads one day and hams the other?? How often are you guys recommending I do calves?? I am willing to try anything because I know I could add another 20 lbs to my frame just in my legs and still be balanced. Thanks for all the feedback again.

    first off, kudos to you for taking your legs seriously ... too few do!

    personally, I do a FULL leg routine twice a week, once on Mondays and again on Thursdays:

    hack squat
    straight-leg deadlift
    standing calf raise
    leg press
    leg curl
    leg extension
    seated calf raise
    glute machine

    since I give myself two days inbetween, I feel I'm at a pretty low risk for overtraining ... but I won't keep this up forever, just a couple more months maybe ... the key is, if you don't feel close to puking or can't barely walk out of the gym, YOU DIDN'T TRAIN HARD ENOUGH!!!!!!

    I'm curious to see everyone else's thoughts and routines?

    I haven't done squats for a while but when I do, Im ready to through up and passout ...... so Think your pretty right on in that aspect . two days is not enough time to grow and recover . I think you should space it out a little. some times you need to shock you body to break through a plateau .

    skid try putting in an extra day or 2 of recovery and I'd bet you'll be pretty stoked. take it for what it's worth .........I v'e been at it for 10 years....but I have leggs a chicken would laugh at

    hahaha - I appreciate your honesty, bro ... some weeks I only get to do legs once, so I'm pretty sure the combination of 2x some and 1x other will keep me out of the overtraining zone ... I'll measure again in a month or so and then I'll truly know if I did myself right
