5 1/2 Years Later
Hey Guys:
I was always a fat kid until I was 29, then I lost 80 lbs (finally). Currently 38 years old. This is my transformation. Please feel free to comment. I try to get to the gym 5 x/week. I am now concentrating on my chest, which seems to lag behind my shoulders and arms. I also need to lose about 20 lbs.
This is about 4 years ago.

Nice job losing all that weight! How's your diet now? I can see the development in your arms and shoulders but it's hard to tell elsewhere b/c your BF is still kind of high, as you mentioned. Your hips look naturally wide which makes it tough to get that V taper. Post up your diet on the diet forum and we'll help you get to your goal of losing 20 more lbs bro.

Pumpseeker: This is my diet (on a good day):
4 egg whiles and oatmeal
can tuna fish
2 chicken breasts and a couple of baked chips
protein bar
protein shake or more chicken breast (depending on time)
I used to lift every day with very minimal cardio...but now I lift every other day with cardio (1 hour) on the alternating day.
By the way...what part of Maryland? I live in Carroll county but my girlfriend lives around Clarksville.
