i think my side abdominals need work in order to get a nicer V look, anything else you can spot?
thanks

lower abs and side abdominals need a lil work but i think you look pretty good over all bro. you should be happy w/ your build as of now. but if you want to perfect it.... this is what critique is for bro.

I'm really good on chest excercises, my bench is good, compared to my friends' chests mine is probably the best, i have pretty good cleavage, but i would like to get my chest wider, i think that is where my chest is lacking, any tips on how to do this? wider grip on my incline and flat bench? any specific excercises that can help me out?
I know its hard to tell by a frontal picture, but i always thought my back was always smaller and needed some work? does it look proportional to the rest of my body? or do you think i should work on that a little bit harder?
thanks for tips guys i appreciate it.

about your chest, you said u wanted to get it wider, but i think alot of it has to do with genetics, and the surface area of the pectoral plate and the way its shaped. your looking awesome. nice tan.

At 22 you look good. I wouldn't worry about the taper of your external and internal obliques yet. They do look straight but fuck me i wish mine where even straight.... If i was you i would go for shoulders and in particular side delts!!! Not that yours are bad its just that it will bring you a bigger body taper overall. Your bodyshape is very similar to afriend of mine who over propels his shoulders when posing in this natural type most muscular pose. By this i mean he lowers his shoulders and brings them forward to show his lats off best. When he does it though it makes his traps disappear but yours are better than his. With bigger shoulders you will maintain less of a rounded appearance across them when you drop them to show your lats. Looking good though mate especially at 22 ....... How big are them guns?

I'm with taurus....you look great, but I think the side delts is more the problem than the chest being too small. I agree your outer chest needs a tad work, but that wouldn't be noticeable at all if your delts were a tad larger (especially the sidecaps).
Hell, do we all do....just keeping working on it all LOL.
Looks good, keep up the hard work!

Your biggest weakness is your shoulders particulary your side delts. Your traps are oversized. If you bring your delts up to size with those traps and drop 5% bf. You would be STYLEN
Good Physique

I've done about 3 cycles in the past 2 years.....
that pic was taken almost 2 months after an Enanthate , Prop, which was basicaly almost like a Sust, Winny, Primo cycle..... I was doing shoulder injections, and my shoulders blew up quite a bit from that, but they've started to deflate a little....... what excercises should i do to improve my side delts? here's what my shoulder workout is like right now, and has been for a while now:
-military press
-side laterals
-rear delts (using a cable and bending over)
-front delts (raises)
-Traps
i do 4 sets of each excercise and get about 8 reps in......
should i do 2 excercises for side delts?
i still want to do a little bit of bulking in the winter hit 220 or over, and then cut down in march or april....
thanks agian for the help..

Things that i have read that work well for side delts are wide grip barbell pulls....damnit i forget the actual name....
like the trap exercize (standing w/ barbell pull up to neck level) but with a wide grip. I just started using them and i already noticed a difference
also about the chest width, some thing that stretchin b/t sets helps, i imagine it would b/c it would pull the muscle.
good job

bro
i would definatly say behind neck press, asit kills my medials. i never start with them as ive torn my bycep long head tendon before, so i do them light and only go down to a min of 8 reps!
those and heavy side lats hit them the best for me

stacked, bro!
delts are one of my weak spots too ... for the side (Lateral) delts, do upright rows and lateral cable/dumbell raises
