A) You're 20 years old and have 5 cycles under your belt. Now that tells me you are an impatient traininer because you obviously started at too young an age.
B) Although you have some shape and a little, your pics confirm my first statement, based on what I am seeing there is NO WAY you have even come close to reaching your natural potential!! You don't look like you have used AAS bro. Either your training is lax, your diet is poor or the gear you have used in the past was not very good...because it doesn't look like I'm seeing a hard working, clean eater with 5 cycles! Again, no flame bro.
C) After reading the fact that you eat 3-4 times per day, I would suggest that you hold off on anymore cycles until you learn more about the impotance of nutrition. Saying you are a picky eater is a bullshit excuse brother! Seriously, diet and training are far more important than gear, but based on what I've read in the past and what you are currently proposing, you lend way too much importance on AAS.
I honestly feel that you should spend a year or two eating and training properly before doinganymore cycles....and I say that with no disrespect meant.

no gyno, just fat nipples.. bf is around 18-19%. These pics are both before pics. I started juicing age 19, 135 pounds. I've been 195. Not bad for 1 year, 3 of those 5 cycles were 4-5 week cycle, the other 2 were 7. I know i have a poor diet, i am a very picky eater. I am just naturally a small person, always was intended to be small. Can't be genetics though, every guy in my family in 6' 1'' + 230+ im standing 5' 8''. My irratation im just now getting starting yesterday, im not sure what it is.. but all test stopped until the pains go away. My nipples have been this way since i was 135 pounds, just fat.

gyno can appear with out the use of anabolic steriods, during chiled hood it usually starts to appear through out puberty as the body is going thr massive chemicle changes. and for som reason your body produced a little too much estrogen. go see youre doctor, i am wiling to bet its a little bit of gyno, but maybe not either, i am no doctor.
once again bro no flam here. But you should really educate yourself on AAS 5 cycle in one year at age 19, thats way too much even for someone that is use to useing them, general rule of thumb is amount of time on equal amount of time off.

I would put in my two cents but I'm not going to because I dont believe that he gained 60 + lbs in one year, thats bullshit and I will go on record calling his bluff. I have seen people go from shitty ameaturs to ranked national atheletes, but never in my life have I ever seen anyone gain 90 lbs in one year, maybe 10 Years.

haha im gonna post pics with dates on them and show you i went from 135 to as high as 195 in less than a year. my first 7 week cycle of test/anadrol i gained over 30+ lbs alone, i looked like a fat blow fish. i am sitting now at 185, trying to lean out alittle. I never did 5 whole cycles like all you make it out to be, chances are everyone who has said something negative, has taken more juice than myself. i've never done a whole 10 week cycle.. funny everyone thinks they know everything... noone ever said i gained 60 pounds of pure muscle.. im sure at 135 i was close to 9-10%.. now at 19% ... i read alot of the things you people say and it humors me.. i find it funny... here is a recent back pic..
Two things.....1) Your back pic didn't show up. 2) I'm 35yrs old and in the middle of my 4th cycle...that's 2 cycles less than you. I'm 5'10" and 240lbs and was 215lbs before I even touched AAS. Again I will say, good luck and be safe, but I'm pretty sure we have shown that your way is NOT the way to go about things.

Hi I am 18 turning 19 in 3 months and new to this board,
I found this post interesting because I would like to bring to your attention John that AAS is not the answer, I agree with these guys in saying that being a "picky eater" is no excuse. At 17 1/2 I weighed in at 56kg at approximately 1.6cm. I had a growth specialist tell me I would remain at that height for the rest of my adulthood, therefore I took things into my own hands and ate like a maniac. The result was a gain of 30kg in 6 months, no lie. I ate appoximately 8 meals a day (full meals) to the point that i wanted to vomit. Even though i wasn't training at the time (because of school) I managed to get my weight up to 86kg.
Yes there were disadvantages (stretch marks) but i grew 10cm and now am a pretty solid build at 78kg. This just shows the advantages of eating, and training naturally. Adolescence is a blessing and should not be affected by injecting yourself unecessarily. No flame bro. You look good and I wish you all the best, but i guess the point I am trying to make is that no amount of AAS willl facilitate you like a proper diet.

This all natural, still having 6squares on my stumach. So i belive, that someone small can gain 60 with AAS, if i can gain 30 without.

You know when BB's used to take D-bol back in the day they would take the "dangerous" maximum of 15-25mg a day at body weights of 250 pounds. They would stay on for 3-6 weeks. there are alot of other facts I could b-dazzle you with but lets just say I know guys who are on D-Bol half the year and take 100mg/day...shit I used to shoot 1000mg test enth/week...600mg test prop/week and 800mg equi/week and then a whole lot more. Now I am not saying to do it but I had no side effects and only good to speak from it. My neighbor three houses down got on 200mg T2/week and got gyno, hair loss, and acne, as well as nut shrinkage...everything is relative.
Appearantly you haven't been around much AS. Last Feburary I was at 155 not sure of the bodyfat. Today I stand at 230 with 12-14% bf. There is a lot of factors in there too. I was hooked on meth and coke prior to that. I'm currently 19 and when I was 17 I was 195. I did three cycles this year so i know it's possible if you consider all the factors.

There is absolutely no question that some people can put on 60lbs in one year. I'm suprised that anyone who has been in a gym for over 5 years has not seen and met people who have done this. Myself, I have know at least four or five guys that have done it. There does seem to be some things in common with all of them though. They were all 17-19 years old, relatively small, nowhere near their genetic potential and all of the guys I know stayed on indefinitely unless they ran out of cash for gear.

I totally agree with you on some of the things you said but i am living proof that it is not imposible too gain that in much in that amount of a time period. I have pics posted when i was 135 in HS and went all the way too 210 and then cut up and went down to 185. Cheeck them out. They are under " New mwmber has more pics" in this forum. So as long as you bust your ass and do it right nothing is immposible.
