I can see your progress. Your legs are most defiantly getting bigger. I'd work the hamstrings, calfs and forearms more but other than that, great progress. What are your current stats?

Is it just a size diff or a stregth diff too?

if it's a strength diff try seperating your two latts by doin one arm db rows.

Looking fantastic bro.U got symmetry going for u atleast from the front.Dunno about the lats, but I believe the problem might be that your left bics might be a little stronger than your right bics,so when doing the back work ur left lat might not get as much weight transferred onto it.It might also have something to do with form.As someone said isolation work might help.Just my opinion..I might be wrong here.

I think you should stop worrying about the lats and keep focusing on the legs!!!

upper body looks real solid, bro, and the legs are coming along well ... looks like the quads are outgrowing the calves tho ... gotta punish them too ... ask Carlos about his calf routine - it'll make you cry!

I do calf raises on the leg press machine. I hang my toes off the bottom edge of the leg press platform and then do raises.

I start with 3 plates each side and I do 60 calf raises. 20 toes straight, 20 toes turned in and 20 heels together and toes turned out. That counts as 1 set and I do 4 sets total. I'll go up higher to 4-5 plates each side or sometimes I do them one leg at a time and stick to 2-3 plates each side.
