    im not sure exactly he said he moved out to cali a few months after they finished filming pumping iron, but he used to train with alot of those guys.

    prolly something like 5'6 or 5'7 he still trains, but not much and not heavy, his arms are the still biggest things ive ever seen

    Yes, he came from a powerlifting background, from all the details regarding his training that we went over, it was more like a torture room than a gym. Volume training beyond belief, 10 minute negative curls, ducktaped hands to the lat pull down machine, 30 minute sets, so unconventional and goes against every piece of literature I've ever read, but hell cant argue with his physique. As for being a great source of motivation he definately is i just wish i had some of his blood flowing through my veins.

    haha no currents like i said he doesnt train too hard anymore just gets a pump and remembers the glory days kind of thing id have to say his arms are still atleast 19 inches though
