i think you look great bro, u have great pec development, shoulder and trap development. look like you know what u are doing. IMO you have the frame to be preatty big. what are your stats?
have you done reseac on juice yet!

Sust winney cycle would be good for you. it would be the same cycle i did for my first cycle. however be prepared to put on some fat with that cycle , but if u just want to bulk anyways then ohwell.
I put on 25 lbs with that cycle and kept 15 of it after it. you will feel like a million dollars while on.

Really good development. Overall package is looking good. What is your workout like? You have great pec and trap development. Post your workout for those areas bro.

Thanks for all the comments. As for my shoulder routine I do the following:

    military press 5 sets
    Front delt presses 4 sets
    front dumbbell raises 4 sets
    Uprights 4 sets
Then cables to finish it off

For chest its pretty basic flat bench, bar incline, machine incline (negatives), dumbell flys, machine flys, decline, wide grip machine press

Sorry I dont know the exact name of some of the exercises.

hate to sound suspicious but if you have attained that look in 5 years, where's the side and rear delt exercises in your routine?

And how come you dont know the names of basic movements?

I do side delt raises but not much . Also sorry I dont know the names of all the routines. It's not like I go to the gym and say "Hey lets go do the iso-lateral pec press today." I just go and workout.

    hey lookin good.......nice overall shape,
i think you would only need sust. cause you would pretty much grow off anything on your first cycle.....but....it's up to you......good luck
