    was? hell i'm still on it...i'm on a gram of test cuz i just i'm just chasing my first high....and just started 300mg deca week ago and i've never done deca so i can at least keep that dose low

    And another neglected exercise for the chest is flat dumbell flies. Just destroy your routine with flies. Hell, even try...

    Flat Dumbell Flies
    Incline Dumbell Flies
    Flat Dumbell Flies
    Incline Bench Press

    That's an awesome routine for an incredible chest pump

    deads, wide grip pulldowns/pullups (pullups first thing before fatigue), rows seem to be VERY important...i do seated rows heavy and hard, your basic back routine nothcing special just hit it hard. i got traps my first cycle and i didn't even do shrugs...

    This is the first time I'm excited about the way I'm gonna look in the future. I have the exact same build of you except of course, all the mass and ripped flesh , LOL

    I definitely need to increase my shoulders bad, they are my weakest part. Oh, and about your chest being weak, no way, you are the very testament of rounded chest looking terrific. Nice work.

    Keep goin mate! By the way, I'd stay away from the cardio. Leave that to the cutting cycle! Right now just eat big to get big! Take care.
