    BullDogg20 pics, be nice

    here me before my work out at the gym. currently cutting a little bit to get the abbs to pop out some more. let me know what you guys think. dont be to harsh!!.lol

    Did you just finish a set of squats in that first pic...that's the only time i've ever seen anyone at the gym with their face that green. You can see the size in your arms a bit better in the second photo, so it looks to me like you should be pretty impressed by what's left when you pare off that layer en route to the abs.

    lol, No squats Biggreen, just flexing hard,

    first pick wasnt a very good pose for me wasnt realy flexing my arms a know. currently i an 5'5 178 lbs, guessing around 12-13% bodyfat, ideal bodyfat % for me would be around 8 %.

    ya i have always had troubls getting my chest to pop out, although i have a really strong chest, i just cant really get to where i want it, in size.

    work chest once a week,

    flat bench 12, 10, ,8, 8
    incline dumbell press 10, 6, 8, 8
    decline, press 10, 8,8, 8
    cable cross overs, 3 sets of 20 reps
