    My comp Pics (2nd place Heavyweight)

    Here are a couple of pics from my last show this past weekend, I took 2nd in the Heavyweight division. I was still holding a bit of water. I tried traxatone cause my dyazide didnt come in in time, so i could have been a little dryer. I am still bulking and have a ways to go, i would like to be competing around 225 - 230lbs. for this show i was 191lbs 6'2" 3.5% bf. still happy with the results.

    Upperbody looks very good Prim!! Not a flame at all bro, but you look more like 5-6% bf from the pics...but it could just be the photos. Don't take it the wrong way bro, I have nothing but props for you dude!! Also, I'm sure you are already aware of this, but a little more size on those wheels would bring you up to 220-225lbs easily. Again, take that for what it is bro, constructive criticism.

    Pete, thanks bro. no flame taken I had my bf done 2 days prior to the show and it was 3.6% It was a 3 site caliper so it could be off by a little, that and the picts are from the evening show so i was retaining a little more water cause we went to red lobster for lunch.

    Test...sometimes pics do not show things very clearly which is why I said it could also be the pics. It's pretty obvious that you were spot on for the show, maybe a little water, but that's the fun of traveling this route. You tweak things a little next time round and see what happens. Mmmmm....Red Lobster....I could really go for a feed of Snow Crab legs!!
