18 Yrs Old / 2 Mnths SERIOUS training. Before/AFTER
Hello everyone!
I'v been working out these past 2 months seriously, My key supplements of course is eating 6 meals a day and some Whey Protein Isolate after my workout No roids. (Even tho i have considered DECA )
My current stats:
Arms: 15.5
Height: 5"10-11
Weight:175lbs-180lbs ranges..
When i started:
Arms:14.5
Weight:168lbs
Goal: 9 months to go (June)
17" Arms
Weight:200-210
I focus on every bodypart of course not just my arms hehe....Here is my split:
Monday:Chest
Tues:Back
Wed:Legs
Thurs:Shoulders
Fri:ARMS
Sat/Sun:Off
Iv taken this with a passion, Im really determined to get my results by the end of this summer whatever it takes.. What do you guys think? Obtainable naturally? Gain an inch and a half on arms, and all around of course.
Im highly motivated, with both my uncles being BB'ers, and im seperated from my girl till June... So i want to Prove to her I can do it! Also i want to be a bouncer this summer at my uncles club
Oh yeah, Im from a kickboxing backround, i now do grappling/submission fighting which is why i guess I have a good start with my frame.
Heres my before and after!
Oh yeah.. I ptu my shirt on my head.. Bad hair day

You have made some very noticable gains in the pics. You seem to know what you are doing. If you are making that many gains in such a short period of time then you definetly DO NOT need any roids. Keep it going the way you have been and i think you will definetly be able to reach your goals. Good luck!!!

Look, I appreciate that your are reaching your potential naturally, matter fof fact that is something we push hard here at AR. If you had said you were considering a cycle after 2 months of training the flames would have been outta control! 20lbs (naturally) in the next 9 months isn't impossible especially if you are in the 18-23 year old range and have strong genetics and a great work ethic. But it is the exception, not the norm. Just keep blasting away and see where it takes you. Good luck.

So was I until I was 34! As a matter of fact, pretty much every single member on this board who uses (or has used) waited until they were into their 20's before starting and had, at least, 2 solid years of training under their belts.

Anyone can add 2 inches to their arms by using a squashed up 'before' pic and a stretched 'after' pic

SGFuryZ is right. A perfect world it ain't and you have to go through maintanance periods and have to change things up in order to shock your body into growth. Only 3 months out of the year do I get bigger... I'm maintaining 6 months and cutting 3 months.
You shouldn't use measurements as a goal at your age and focus more on what you look like in the mirror... because you'll probably just end up being disappointed.

However, I've changed my recipe as of last week...
