she is wanting to get fuller shoulders have a hard time need some advice

You woman is looking great my friend...nice hard lines..great abs and shoulders..tell her to keep up the hard work...but if she wants to put more on those shoulders..tell her to stick with basic movements like side laterals and shoulder presses with barbell or dumbells.

Drop-set Dumbell raises
Military Press
3-Way raises

I think she should concentrate on building overall muscle mass and shoulders will come in proportion with total gains.
Why not post her current routine so people will have a base from which to make suggestions.

She look great Bro!...tell her to PM livnnfit on the board here, she used to have hard time growing shoulders and now they are one of her best body parts...great work...XXL

Very nice looking lady, I think if she wants more shoulder mass she will need to put on some overall mass. Add some more protein to her diet, lift heavy with low to med. reps on shoulder work, stick with higher reps on other lifts if she does not want to gain elsewhere!
