Hey all thanks for the compliments I am flattered, As for peak on your bicep it is genetics, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t work on what you have to build a higher bicep only problem is your bicep will only reach its peak where genetics allows. With that said the best exercise that I believe works the “Peak” of the bicep (and I still do it till this day) is sitting incline db curls. Depending on your flexibility incline the bench to where your arms are straight down (usually a 40 degree angle) here is the twist at the bottom of the exercise (the beginning) twist your hand so towards your body all the way until your pinky is as close to your body as possible then when you curl the weight up, start rotating your hand back by the time you hit very top make sure your pinky is higher than your thumb, (sort of like pouring milk into a glass in reverse) believe me you will feel the burn before you get to 8 reps. Do this at your end of your normal arm workout, make sure the weight is light enough to perform it correctly but heavy enough to stimulate your muscle fibers.
As for the rest of my stats can you be more specific?

what have your cycles consisted of?
-
11-06-2002, 07:39 PM #31
Are you asking me about cycles? If so I never did one, I have thought about it but havn't yet. I have been training for over 10 years natural it has been a long hard road trust me.
-
11-06-2002, 08:48 PM #32
I don't think you really need a cycle, unless you're planning on competing... but even then, you look incredible, you've gotten really far with your genetics and a cycle would be unnecessary.

great to have you bodyhard! Welcome
-
12-12-2002, 11:08 PM #39
Very impressive bodyhard, it's not everyday you see peaks like that. You don't need juice with those genetics. But if you did ever decide to cycle you'd most likely be freakishly huge. Keep it up.
