I'll be watching this as I am also loving Slingshot Training. I do not want to jump the gun at this point but so far the results have exceeded my expectations.

By the way nice photos! Wish my waist looked that small. Do eat you eat small meals to keep trim?

No i actually just have a fast metabolism. I eat 6-8 meals daily. about 5,000 calories, 300-350g of carbs and 350g of protein as well. How many fats i eat, i don't know. my guess is probably quite alot. Ronnie has been helping me with my meal times for carb loading and fat loading. I think the times have to do with the insulin sectretion amounts. To know for sure ask Ronnie Rowland. he knows ten times more than i. thats why he's the trainer!

I can vouch that Clint is all natural. I look for him to gain a considerable amount of size this winter seeing he has just started Slingshot Training.

I am the inventor of Slingshot Training. I owe all my success to this form of training.

mperk, you can go to the biography section in the Slingshot Training thread (sticky located at the top of the workout section) and see my before and after pics. I'm still making gains at almost 43 years of age so I am very excited about Slinshot Training!

I would not put my reputation on the line if it wasn't as effective as I claim. Once you do a full 10-14 week cycle properly you will never want to go back to conventional methods.
