    hey bro mine are the same way, i hardly ever work forearms do to laziness but i'm gonna start. but i will say that mine being big have a lot to do with giving my hand a good rogering atleast once a day, lol.

    I'm jealous, what a forearm. Your foundation is great for building a thick physique just from this picture. Post more when you get a chance and keep up that gymwork. Can't wait till you start working the forearms.

    Dude you have some huge forearms for someone who doesn't work them often. I'd love to know what your techniques are during self-enjoyment. LOL. I'd hate to see those things grow with a little work. Keep us posted with your progress.

    Pretty massive... I used to have really skinny forearms but then I used some Arnold style "shocking" techniques and they became huge!

    I'd be interested in this as well. I work my forearms twice a week and though they are not puny, they are definately not where I want them.
    When they get to 16" I'll be happy.

    That is my goal.. the avatar.. Except a tad more mass over all...


    I think in my case the forearms its genetic.. My dad and my grandfather had large forearms.. fact my grandfathers hands where like steel cables... And even when he got sick at the end of his life and got down to 110bls.. he had 15" forearms..

    When this cycle that I'm starting in a week I will be working my forearms and cant wait to see them grow! Will keep you informed..

    and I would also like the forearms shock secrets!!

    Are you guys crazy that forearm is the size of my pinkie finger. NO definition at all and no size. Please dont tell me you guys think his forearm is nice cause then ill have to post my pic and im all natural.

    I shouldnt of flamed him about the forearm. But its weird that something like that got great comments. Maybe im just blessed with great forearm genetics and didnt know about it til i saw the picture. Sorry Caladin keep up the good work.

    Your forearm looks great for someone who doesn't work them. Yes, you can tell genetics have played a part in their size. . Your picture shows that you are a very strong person for your size. Forearm and hand strength help in almost all forms of bodybuilding which is a plus for you.
    Post some pics after you start working them.
