Heya, Im a new member w pics (Start of Sustanon 300)
Hey peoples... Im a new member and a new juicer... I just started out with Sustanon 300...on top of the juice I use protein and weight gain supplements and I was wondering what I can do to maximize the benefits at the end of the cycle...

You have a good base to start with... Eat like a horse and abuse yourself with heavy compound movements and you'll blow up bro...
What are your stats?
Height?
Weight?

Shit I only know my basic stats... Im 5'11 and I weigh 155 pounds 13%body fat last time I checked...

By the way Buff87 could you please list some examples of heavy compund movements? Im not sure what you mean and Im always willing to try new methods to getting solid... Plus whats a good method to get some serious growth in my traps (and upper shoulder?) Hard muscle to get big...

Hehe, I like the reconstruction
Compound movements means that it hits many bodyparts at once; the prime example being squats. Squats, deadlifts, benchpress are big ones, pullups, etc. Not isolated movements.
For traps, the most direct hitting thing is shrugs; deadlifts also hit them hard, and to a lesser extent rows.
