    shit maybee thats my problem ive been getting it in the wrong order i sleep train then eat, is that what u really need to do. FUCK no wonder..............thanks bro

    you guys have a good advantage, being lean to begin with. Just eat as much as you can, just when you think you cannot eat another bite, eat another plate full. Lift hard, just when you think you cannot lift another rep, lift 5 more reps.
