Need a little help
Excellent site, got tons of information.
I need a little help with my next cycle:
I want to put on another 20 lbs but I not to sure about the amount
Last cycle
week 1-2 250 test enanthate
week 3-10 500
I gained like 20 lbs during week 3-10, but lost most of it (*flu)
This time around I want it to be perfect.
I got clomid and nolvadex to go with
10cc deca
15 cc of Sust
dbol for 4 weeks
I have attached a photo of myself, please evaluate and flame if you like.
Current stats
6' ft
256 lbs
arms 19.5 (2.5 after a workout)
calves 18.5
neck 18.5
bf 18
I never measure anything else but next cycle will meassure everything.
Any comments please submit

Don't feel you have enough gear there bro...if you are running deca at 400mg or even 300mg a week that will only give you a couple of weeks. Is is 200mg/ml if so you only have 5 weeks. definelty not enough. Dbol for the first 4 weeks is an excellent jump starter, run it at 35mg/ED. 15cc sust is not enough either gonna have to get more not much more but more depending on how you are looking at running it. Make sure you are using your clomid post cycle and have nolva on hand. Or you can even run it throughout the cycle to keep some of the water gains down.
What dosages do you what to run this one at?

The shitty thing about braddahs our size is we need more of everything! More food, more gear...
Many believe in running Test at twice the dose of Deca - and you deffinitly need at least 400mg of Deca/wk. Sust250 M-W-F would take full advantage of the Prop in it. So, basically you need twice the gear you have now.
With what you have now you could run:
Weeks 1-4, D-bol, 30mg/day
Week 1, 400mg Deca
Weeks 2-9, 200mg Deca
Weeks: 3-10, Sust250, 500mg (M-TH)
Week 10 would only get the Monday dose of Sust. If you train hard and eat big you'll still get results but dosages too low can be more suppressive than beneficial - especially with Deca.

I thought I could take 1 cc every 5 days of Sust for 10 weeks
And for the deca 400 wk, I can get more deca thats not a problem
And clomid and nov I got plenty
I want to run it for 8 weeks, I thought I had enough Sust
What do you think would be best, also 6 weeks after this cycle If I gain good then i will try to cut it up a little. Getting married want to look better on the day you know what im saying

5 days seems kind of long for Sust... By the fith day the Prop in it has ran its course and your Test levels will fluctuate wildly on cycle. I would say every 2-3rd day to catch the Prop at it's half life. The rest of the components of Sust will have a nice steady flow this route too.
Yeah, if you can get more Deca - deffinitly do it. But I would make sure you end the cycle with the Sust250 (and begin with D-bol/Deca). Front load the Deca at 800 and run it for 400mg. Plus running the Sust250 at every 3rd day (or 2nd), and one week longer than the Deca will help make sure your Wedding night is good to go to... ya know?
BTW, if you wanted a Test with less frequent injections than Ethanate or Cypionate would have been better.

I thought since I had taken Enanthate before I should use something else, but since you brought up Cyp I'll do that instead. But I love the enanthate, got good gains on my last cycle.

In that case...
Weeks 1-4, D-bol, 30mg/day

Weeks 2-9, 400mg Deca
Weeks: 3-10, Test Cyp, 400mg every 5 days (you'll get about 560mg per week total)

If want to cut up, why not run an Eq/Winny stack? Solid gains with little sides like water gain. Also good way to preserve muscle. Could add Cytomel to boost metabolism also...
The Test (with Deca ) will bloat you a bit - but if you work on diet (lower carbs = less water retention) and keep your water intake up, you might be able to minimize it.

Ive been talking to a dude In my area Pro(Wolf) nickname, he says you are right with the Sus and I should do the cycle and save the enanthate for next year Jurassic cycle. The picture posted was after I lost all my size from the flu, but i will update it when I start my next cycle. I will keep a journal (regarding diet and training) and would be greatful If you and the member help me out like you have.
