I agree with RON...looking great and you can definately see the improvement in the pics...I'd like to see the same pose as the first pic just to compare.

rougly 5.5 months...=) err actually, 4.5 months. been "working out" for a long time, been "bodybuilding" for 5.5 months, joined AR and took the "before" pics about a month after i started "bodybuilding"...so yeah, 4.5 months.

and in all honesty, i'm trying to hide my chest. despite the fact that my bench has gone up more than anything else (somewhere around 50-60lbs), my chest has grown the least...=/

I think there is a ton of improvement... You seem to have gotten more shape in your abs and chest... IMO you look good..

yes, question: how make chest grow?? heh, i alternate light/heavy chest days now. i.e. one week heavy/low rep, next week light/high rep. my chest is sore for like 3-4 days after every workout, but it doesn't seem to want to get bigger. the only thing that seems to want to grow is my right bicep (ha, not even my left one...;)) bah, its just genetics i guess.Quote:
