His diets are all custom based on your current stats, your goals, and how soon you want to reach them. He is able to put together a diet for both bulking or cutting. You can see his Pics under his own thread in this section

Hey thanks again
For laughs today I dragged out a pair of 34 inch waist jeans 1hipchick bought me years ago by mistake. I never took them back and told her someday i would fit into them. I havent worn 34s for years and was wearing 38s prior to starting my SwoleCat Diet in October. Well............. they fit.
Thanks swole
Im telling her to get me a pair of 32s by accident for christmas

squating 315, while only going to the gym 3 times a week, and you never did them before while being on a diet.. very interesting..
Your bench also jumped up 100 pounds in 3 months? also interesting..

This Discussion is OVER!
WTB - that is some GREAT progress and we would love to see further picks that update you progress - what we do not want to see is an infomertial for swole (even tho all I have heard is good) - we dont allow ads here unless they are paid.
Swole - we have mentioned this before - you are welcome here to spread you knowlege and help those who need it - but not to have every post as a bump or pointer to your program - I understand you need to make a living but if you want to be "official" you need to talk to ptbyjason to arrange something - your ideas on that are good, follow up - I dont want to have to "unwelcome" you

I'm squatting well over 600, and I also only go to the gym 3 times per week.
Most overtrain, I don't.
But you probably have years of squats behind you.

You are making huge gains and you look great .Was wondering what your workout looks like useing the hit .I know mike mentzer say to only workout one bodypart every 12 days or something like that .Is this the kind of training that you are doing ?

C-Dog.......
I believe he was using IA's form of training (IA is at GotFina) and the time between the bodypart worked wasn't 12 days, but was more like 7-8 or so I believe. I'm answering for him as I was his nutritionist on this, and since he is on vacation right now for quite a while, you wouldn't have had an answer to your question. U can see a sample of the HIT he was doing at GotFina.com I believe.
Hope this helps ya!

C-Dog I was away- Im sorry for not responding to your question sooner. Here is what my split using HIT looked like- IM now doing a body part a day for 5 days on and 2 days off to switch it up a bit. I will be back doing HIT in about a month again.
with this style I do a couple light warm up sets then for the work sets I do as much as I can and try to add weight every week.
Day 1
Flat bench 2 sets of 6 reps
Weighted dips 1 set of 15
Incline Fly 1 set of 12
Dumbell flat bench 2 sets of 10
Day 2 off
Day 3
Squats 1 set of 10 the 10th should kill you ( remember to do your warm up sets)
Dead lifts 1 set of 10 same as above
hanging leg lifts or roman chair 1 set of 10
weighted abbs on a decline bench 1 set of 10
standing calves raises 2 sets of 15- these should take a LONG time
Day 4 off
Day 5
supinated grip weighted pull ups 2 sets of 6
bent over row 1 set of 12 (do your warm up sets)
barbell curl 2 sets 6 HEAVY
hammer curl 1 set of 12
day 6 and 7 off start over again Monday day 1

Just a quick update for those of you who have followed my progress- I had a fitness evaluation this week and since my last report have dropped another 3 inches off my waist- dropped another 3% body fat and kept my lean mass the same. Thanks for all the posts and PMs of encouragement.
